• Setup verification approval and periodic inspection .
• Internal line rejection Monitoring.
• Customer line rejection monitoring.
• Process audits & NC closures .
• Layout inspection as per plan.
• Kaizen improvement.
• PDI inspection target.
• Calibration as per plan .
• SPC, MSA studies .
QMS Requirements
Comply IATF 16949 and VSA requirements.
Developing Inspection standards.
Coordinate with internal departments.
