BIM Architect Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and other BIM software.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and client requirements.
Create and maintain families, templates, schedules, and BIM documentation.
Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, completeness, and design consistency.
Participate in design coordination and technical meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
Perform clash detection and coordination using tools such as Navisworks.Role & responsibilities
