Conduct primary/secondary research to understand the brand, the industry, and the competitor scenario
Brainstorm and come up with strategies, ideas, and plan of action to fulfill the requirements
Give structure to the idea/strategies through apt copywriting and visualization
Manage the projects from start to end by coordinating with the designers, animators, or any other team members as required
Create compelling presentations to express the ideas to the client
Communicate and liaise with the clients about project deliverables
Ensure that the quality of the work is not compromised by conducting timely proofreading and QCs
Stay up to date with pop culture and the current trends of the advertising/digital industry
Support and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

What are we looking for
Native level proficiency in Marathi or Hindi. Bilingual proficiency in both languages is a plus point
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors or Master s degree in Mass Media, Communication, or Marketing
Individual contributor able to work with the least amount of supervision




Ability to break down complex subjects into easy messages
Ability to adapt to distinct writing styles for different industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in any other regional language is a plus
Go-getter with an energetic and positive attitude
Professionalism regarding project deadlines
