Role & responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate dance classes for students.
Teach dance techniques, choreography, movements, rhythm, and basic theory.
Train students in various dance forms as required by the institution.
Prepare students for school events, competitions, cultural programs, and performances.
Create and choreograph dance routines for individual and group performances.
Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a secure, inclusive, and encouraging classroom setting.
Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and safety practices during classes.
Coordinate with teachers and management for events and performances.
Maintain attendance, lesson plans, and other required records.
Stay updated with current dance trends, techniques, and teaching methodologies.
Encourage students to participate confidently in performances and competitions.
