JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead full-lifecycle Workday HCM implementations including requirements gathering, design workshops, configuration, testing, and hypercare support.
Serve as the senior functional point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and Workday capabilities.
Design and configure Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Learning, and/or Time & Absence.
Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
Partner with integration and reporting teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end solution design.
Maintain awareness of Workday product releases and recent feature capabilities relevant to HCM.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of Workday HCM experience
Deep configuration expertise in at least two of the following: Talent & Performance, Perks and Time & Absence.
Solid understanding of Core HCM foundations including org structures, job profiles, compensation, and security.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, facilitate design workshops, and drive decisions.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to multi-country or global HCM deployments.
Background in HR operations or HR transformation consulting.
Workday Pro certification in HCM or a relevant functional area (current or in-progress).
