Responsibilities-
Solid hands-on expertise in baseline scheduling, progress updating, re-baselining, and recovery scheduling for large-scale projects.
In-depth knowledge of S-Curve preparation and analysis (cost, manpower, and progress curves).
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel (advanced); exposure to BI/dashboard tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
Sound understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and execution practices for residential (high-rise/townships) and commercial (office/retail/mixed-use) projects.
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, critical path method (CPM), and delay/claims analysis.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and senior management interactions.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing planning teams across multiple sites/projects.
The candidate with prior experience in project planning & scheduling, with a substantial portion in residential and/or commercial real estate construction.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Primavera certification will be an added advantage.
