Role & responsibilities

• Identify/ Develop Current Business focusing on Test System Integration (design, replication, support) in Company's target industries;

• Maintain/grow existing accounts;
Build/execute/report on account plans through collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.);

• Present Solution concepts and Business proposals to our customers; • Manage opportunities by leveraging solid relationships you build with Avernas world-class pre-sales teams.
Define account strategies and execute sales plan
Manage Salesforce CRM to maintain the sales funnel, forecast sales, and generate accurate sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Sales & Account Management Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in custom automation solution selling,



including Test & Measurement solutions for Manufacturing Industry;

• Demonstrated experience in consultative technology solution selling of capital equipment to OEMs/CMs

; • Business development of key accounts, including qualifying customers for Avernas capabilities and driving internal teams to meet customer requirements;

• Account planning and management;

• Track record of annual sales in the millions/ year range

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with the National Instruments toolset a plus

• PLC Beckhoff based automation selling a plus
