We're hiring a Business Consultant to independently conduct product demonstrations of Effortless for prospective customers. You'll understand customer pain points, map them to the right solution, explain ROI (not just features), handle objections, and drive deals to the next step working closely with our partner sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualified, engaging product demos for prospective customers
Understand customer business processes and requirements before each demo
Map requirements to Effortless solutions and present business value/ROI
Handle customer questions and objections during demos
Support the partner sales team in opportunity conversion and follow-ups
Maintain records of demos, prospects, requirements, and follow-up status
Continuously build product and industry/business-process knowledge

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in software demos, pre-sales, solution selling, functional consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
Proven experience presenting/demoing to prospects (not purely internal training, BA,



or implementation-only work)
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Confidence engaging business owners, decision-makers, and functional teams
Positive communication skills in English and Tamil

Valuable to Have
Working knowledge of Tally / TallyPrime
Experience with ERP, accounting, CRM, SaaS, or business automation products
Experience in solution selling to SMEs or enterprises
Experience handling discovery meetings and objection handling

Not a Fit If: Your experience is primarily telecalling, lead generation, or backend BA/support work with no direct prospect-facing demo/pitch experience.
