Role: Senior Talent Sales Recruiter

Location: Guntur (AP), Begumpet (Hyderabad) (Onsite),

Experience Required: 2 - 6 Years,

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage the complete Sales recruitment cycle-from sourcing client/vendor requirements to successful consultant placements.

Market and position consultants effectively based on their skills, experience, and project preferences.

Build and nurture solid relationships with clients, prime vendors, and partners to generate consistent business opportunities.

Utilize major job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and qualified networks for sourcing and marketing.

Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless on boarding processes.





Maintain and update the vendor/client database while tracking daily recruitment activities and performance metrics.

Possess solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with an existing vendor/client network and a proven placement record.

LinkedIn profile link is mandatory in the resume.
