• Experience in developing HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities

Education & Experience

• MBA (HR), MBA (Finance), Statistics, Economics, or related postgraduate qualification.

• 810 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Advantages, Rewards, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards.

• Proven experience in designing and managing incentive schemes and variable pay programs.

• Experience in leading C&B; transformation and policy implementation projects.

• Exposure to large, multi-location organizations will be preferred.

• Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Services, or other people-intensive industries will be an advantage
