Skills, experience and job description
3+ years of software engineering, ML or GenAI application development, with hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows in production.
Solid understanding of agent architecture, workflow orchestration, prompting, tool calling, structured outputs, planning/reasoning, RAG, memory and context management.
Robust programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience building production-quality AI applications and services.
Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AWS and AWS AgentCore.
Experience designing multi-agent workflows and agent interoperability using A2A and MCP.
Solid focus on evaluation, tracing, observability, latency and performance optimization for AI/agentic systems.
Experience implementing guardrails, security, human-in-the-loop (HITL) controls and reliable failure/recovery patterns.
Familiarity with model routing, fine-tuning and model optimization preferred.
