Jeti Digital is hiring 5 Telecallers / Lead Qualification Executives for its current Raipur office.

We are a performance marketing agency. We generate customer enquiries for our client companies, and your job is to call those enquiries, understand what the customer needs, and convert genuine interest into a confirmed site visit.

What you will do:
Call fresh enquiries within minutes of them coming in, plus follow-ups on older ones
Ask a fixed set of qualification questions from our script and record the answers in Google Sheets
Schedule site visits for our client's sales team and confirm them a day before
Collect basic documents from customers over WhatsApp
Follow up after quotations are shared until the customer takes a decision
Share daily call and site visit numbers with the team lead

Who we are looking for:
12th pass or above; freshers are welcome, we will train you




Fluent Hindi; Chhattisgarhi is a plus; basic English for internal reporting
Transparent speaking voice and patience on the phone, since most customers are homeowners enquiring for the first time
Basic comfort with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and a smartphone

What you get:
Fixed salary of Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 per month depending on experience
Incentives of up to Rs 8,000 per month on top of salary, based on site visits scheduled and conversions
A monthly on-time attendance bonus

Growth path to Lead Desk Lead as our team expands

Our Raipur team currently works from the Regus coworking space at Magneto Mall. We are shifting to our own larger office in Raipur in about 2 months, once the interiors are complete.
