Job Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Show and explain different jewellery designs, collections, and offers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
Handle billing, cash/UPI payments, and basic sales records.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
Manage inventory and ensure products are properly arranged and accounted for.
Follow up with customers and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Support store opening/closing and other day-to-day shop activities.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Previous retail/jewellery sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and billing systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
Honest, punctual and responsible.
