Role & responsibilities:

Bidding / Tendering - Power Distribution Projects (Africa)

Oversee in-process verification and quality checks for all tenders before submission.

Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, client requirements, and contractual guidelines.

Identify risks, deviations, and gaps in technical and commercial submissions.

Lead cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal) for approvals and clarifications.

Develop, update, and enforce tendering standards, templates, and checklists.

Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across bids. Support Bid Managers with guidance on compliance, documentation structure, and risk mitigation.

Monitor tender timelines and ensure readiness for timely, error-free submissions.





Mentor and support the team to strengthen quality mindset and process discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

10 - 15 years of Experience in Bidding / Tendering - Power Distribution Projects (Africa)

Solid expertise in EPC tendering processes, techno-commercial evaluation, and compliance.

Excellent understanding of contract terms, technical specifications, and documentation standards.

Sharp eye for detail with solid analytical and risk-assessment skills.

Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage complex submissions.

Proficiency in MS Office and structured documentation workflows.

Leadership capability with focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
