Position: Area Sales Manager Agency Channel
Experience: 3+ years in Life Insurance – Agency Channel
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business growth across the assigned area.
Recruit, train, and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor team performance and drive productivity.
Conduct market visits and identify new business prospects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of the Life Insurance – Agency Channel.
Proven experience in agent recruitment and team handling.
Good communication, sales, and relationship-management skills.
Robust target-oriented and leadership approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
