We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Optical Sales Executive to join our optical store.
- Responsibilities:
- * Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, and lenses.
* Explain lens types, coatings, brands, and frame features to customers.
* Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
* Handle sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Manage billing and order processing.
* Maintain accurate customer and order details.
* Maintain product displays and store inventory.
* Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
* Maintain a qualified and friendly environment in the store.
- Requirements:
- * Minimum 12th Pass.
* Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
* Sales/retail experience preferred.
* Optical industry experience will be an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of lenses and frames is preferred.
* Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome.
