Key Responsibilities *

Interface with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.Convert qualified leads from various sources (in-house, microsites, digital campaigns, etc.) into confirmed admissions across PAN India. Understand student needs, preferences, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.Manage the complete end-to-end admission process, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to enrolment.Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets consistently.Maintain accurate and updated student information on CRM tools (LeadSquared, ExtraEdge, NoPaperForm, etc.).Support and coordinate admission-related events, counselling sessions, and activities.Liaise with students, parents, and guardians to provide transparent information regarding admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation.Coordinate efficiently with internal teams and vendors for smooth process flow.*Travel as required for education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
