Looking for an experienced change management lead to own end-to-end change organizational & technology change workplace. The programme is complex, with many moving parts, ambiguity, and tight timelines. The role covers the full change agenda, from strategy through to adoption and embedding, across a broad and senior stakeholder landscape.

Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end change strategy and delivery for an operating model/Digital transformation.
Conduct change impact assessments across roles, ways of working, and stakeholder groups.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed setting.
Identify and manage adoption barriers, resistance, and competing priorities.
Design and deliver communications, engagement, and adoption activities.
Define and track change measures to assess adoption, effectiveness, and readiness.
Embed sustainable change so new ways of working are adopted and maintained beyond go-live.




Maintain momentum through clear structure and reporting under tight timelines.

Skills and experience
Proven track record leading change end-to-end for large-scale operating model or organisational transformation.
Experience running change impact assessments and translating findings into actionable plans.
Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrixed settings.
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements while holding to timelines.
Able to simplify complexity and drive clarity on roles, accountabilities, and outcomes.
Experience defining change measurement and effectiveness metrics, with a focus on sustainable adoption.
Robust facilitation and executive communication skills.
Prosci or equivalent CM certification preferred.
R&D;, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience preferred.
