Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
Handle leads through calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and counseling records in CRM.
Coordinate with the application and admission teams for smooth processing.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, education,
or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused.
Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
