About the Role

We are looking for a creative and design-oriented Architect cum Designer with 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, planning. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle design development, drawings, presentations

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts based on project requirements.
Create 3D models, views, and presentations for client discussions.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with relevant standards and project requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar software will be an advantage.
Valuable understanding of architectural detailing, materials
Strong design sense with attention to detail.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
