Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the US,

Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a team-oriented, multicultural environment. We are

looking for a Senior Director – Commerce who will:





• Manage integration of media commerce campaigns with overall mainline and off-platform

digital campaign planning and execution; execute and track performance across search,

display, DSP, and off-platform performance marketing.

• Lead evangelization of e-commerce across all client media plans, driving early adoption with

both internal and external teams.

• Define the commerce vision and build capabilities that translate commerce, media, data, and

technology into measurable business growth.

Experience & Tenure

• 14–15+ years of overall experience in the digital ecosystem.

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Commerce, Retail Media, Marketplace, or Commerce

Activation.

Mandatory Commerce & Technology Skills

• Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and/or hands-on exposure to Retail

Media Management and Activation, plus measurement/omnichannel platforms such a
