Creator Management & Content Operations Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and communication-focused Creator Management & Content Operations Intern to manage day-to-day coordination with a large network of content creators and ensure smooth execution of content from briefing to posting.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate with a network of 150–160+ creators as part of a team.

* Communicate with creators regularly, share updates, clarify requirements, and resolve day-to-day queries.

* Coordinate the complete content workflow, from sharing scripts and content requirements to receiving and reviewing videos.

* Track creator submissions and ensure videos are received within the required timelines.

* Review and approve content based on brand guidelines, briefs, and quality requirements.

* Coordinate with creators on revisions and ensure necessary changes are completed before posting.

* Monitor creator posting schedules and ensure approved content is posted correctly and on time.

* Maintain trackers and regularly update creator status,



submissions, approvals, and posting progress.

* Follow up consistently with creators and proactively address delays, missed submissions, or other issues.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth creator onboarding, content execution, approvals, and overall campaign delivery.

* Handle multiple creators and recurring operational tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
