About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head – Doors Division to lead our sales and business development function and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building materials, industrial products, wood products, doors, interiors or related industries, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and developing markets across South India. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen,



market understanding, customer relationship skills and the ability to build and drive a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan for the Doors Division in line with company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, business development and market expansion across South India.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, project clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
