About the Role

As a Associate Director - Programmatic, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities. You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions

.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth
- Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring explicit and consistent updates
- Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors
- Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results
- Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign executions




- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies
- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality
- Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must

Qualifications
- 6 years+ of experience in programmatic campaign management
- Proven experience managing and leading a team
- Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs
- Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel and PPT skills
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, implement cutting-edge technologies, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain high standards of quality and innovation
