· Recruitment & Staffing

o Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

o Oversee workforce planning, job descriptions, and onboarding processes.

· Employee Relations

o Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

o Promote a culture of engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity.

· Performance Management

o Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.

o Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and career development planning.

· Training & Development

o Identify training needs and design programs to enhance skills and competencies.

o Coordinate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

· Compensation & Benefits

o Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.

o Ensure competitive and equitable reward systems.

· Compliance & Policy

o Ensure adherence to labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational policies.





o Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

· Strategic HR Leadership

o Align HR strategies with business objectives.

o Provide insights to senior management on workforce trends and organizational development.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks.
