We are looking for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter who can market available IT consultants, connect with vendors and clients, generate requirements, schedule interviews, and support successful placements. The candidate will also be responsible for editing and posting job requirements on the internal job portal.

US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Full-Time

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable C2C requirements through job boards, vendor emails, LinkedIn, and staffing networks.
- Edit, update, and post job requirements on the internal job portal.
- Submit consultant profiles, coordinate interviews,



and follow up for feedback and closures.
- Maintain vendor relationships and update daily submissions, interviews, and placement trackers.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in US IT bench sales.
- Valuable knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms such as OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, USC, C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Experience using job portals, vendor portals, LinkedIn, ATS, or internal recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings.
