Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling Experience Preferred
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
Manage recruitment for manufacturing, engineering & corporate roles.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
Handle client communication, requirement gathering and relationship management.
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiation and joining follow-ups.
