2. Banking Domain Expertise – Strong understanding of cooperative banking, RRB operations, CBS, digital banking, payments, and regulatory requirements.

3. Enterprise Solution Selling – Drive consultative selling of CBS, digital banking, mobility, analytics, cybersecurity, DC/DR and other IT solutions.

4. Government & Institutional Sales – Manage sales opportunities involving NABARD, RBI-regulated institutions, government bodies, and banking associations.

5. Key Account Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, senior bank officials, IT Heads, and decision-makers.

6. Business Development – Identify current markets, banking accounts, partnerships, and revenue opportunities across cooperative and rural banking segments.

RFP / Tender Management – Lead opportunity identification, bid strategy, RFP analysis, commercial proposals, negotiations, and closure.

8. Negotiation & Deal Closure – Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and complex enterprise deal closures while protecting margins.

9. Sales Pipeline & Revenue Management – Manage sales targets, forecasting, pipeline, conversion ratios, account profitability, and overall revenue performance.

10. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Maintain structured customer engagement, opportunity tracking, sales activities, and account development plans.

11. Communication & Stakeholder Management – Build effective relationships with bank management, technology teams, consultants, government agencies, and ecosystem partners
