Position: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
5 Days working (Monday to Friday)
Location: Pune (WFO)
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive US IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune. This is an on-site role. If you thrive in a rapid-paced environment, love connecting talent with opportunity, and have experience in C2C hiring across technologies like SAP, Oracle, Java, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for all IT Roles.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.
- Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Expertise working on C2C and W2 requirements.
- Worked on core IT requirements and understanding of technology stack.
