NJob Summary
nWe are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to plan and manage travel arrangements for leisure, corporate, and group travelers. You will handle end-to-end travel needs including flights, hotels, tours, and visas while delivering excellent service and a smooth travel experience.
NKey Responsibilities

- Travel Booking: B2B bookings with flights, hotels, holiday packages, rail tickets, transfers, and travel insurance. N
- Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel plans tailored to client preferences, budgets, and schedules. N
- Customer Support: Assist clients with visa guidance, travel documentation, pre-departure queries, and last-minute travel changes or disruptions. N
- Vendor Coordination:



Partner with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to secure bookings and resolve issues. N
- Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate booking records in the CRM system and ensure adherence to travel policies and regulations. N

nEducational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degreeor Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. N
- Certification in Travel& Tourism (IATA/UFTAA or equivalent) is preferred. N

nExperience

- 3–5 years of experiencein a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, or corporate travel environment. N

nKey Skills & Attributes
NHands-on experience with GDS platforms -Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre etc and also Rezlive, TBO Tek and Tripjack are mandatory
