Principal Engineer – Web

We are looking for a Principal Engineer – Web who is a strong hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in contemporary web technologies. The role will be responsible for driving web architecture, technical strategy,



engineering excellence, and end-to-end delivery of complex products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design discussions for scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Build products and platforms from scratch, starting from requirements and technical design through development, deployment, and production.
- Own the complete product lifecycle — requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and solve complex engineering and architectural problems.
- Design and build applications using React, Next.Js, Angular, Node.Js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Drive frontend architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Strong understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, hydration, and modern web architecture.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design
