NKey Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design requirements. N
- Create user-centered wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are both functional and visually engaging. N
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and iterate on designs. N
- Help define user personas, customer journeys, and other UX documentation. N
- Work on developing and maintaining design systems for consistent user experience across our platforms. N
- Participate in design sprints and review sessions to enhance product design quality. N




- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and apply them to improve the overall product experience. N

nRequirements:

- Recent graduate with a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline. N
- Certification in UX from design institutions is a plus. N
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX work, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs. N
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. N
- Strong understanding ofuser-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing. N
- Excellent communicationand collaboration skills for working remotely with teams across India. N
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting. N

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). N
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
