- Speaking with cold leads interested in our workshops and programmes N
- Conducting sales conversations and follow-ups with warm leads N
- Understanding customer concerns, motivations, and objections N
- Helping improve sales approaches based on real customer interaction N
- Sharing lead feedback with the marketing department to strengthen communication and funnels N
