- Driving key enterprise wide initiatives (including Business Planning and Change Management)n
- Identify key strategic issues facing the organization and give insights and recommendationsn
- Conceptualize, design and execute key enterprise wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholdersn
- Forecast strategic and operational variables.n
- Simulate and create best fit plans based on market profile.n
- Monitoring metrics that are relevant to Strategic planning.n
- Responsible for managing periodical reporting of Strategy performancen

- Support and manage CXOs interfacing with internal and external stakeholdersn
- Work on go-to-market strategy, annual business-wise plans (both annual and long-term)n
- Identify growth opportunities, both short term and long termn

nStrategic Initiative PMO

- Lead and drive key strategic initiatives (PMO for Strategic Initiatives, which would be encompassing reporting/ tracking activities to closure of a CXO owned initiative – include management reviews and discussion forums)n
- Deliver and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agenda & efficiency improvement projects with impact across the organization.n

nStrategic Insights

- Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis to support planning initiativesn
- In terms of business development, facilitate competition bench-marking, deal benchmarking and prepare intelligent analysis on periodic basisn
- As part of CXO refresh, prepare workplace scans, competitor insights and reports on customers and present the same periodically .n
- Conduct internal consulting project to support unitsn
