nWe are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager who can actively generate new business and increase revenue for a premium Cafe brand in Hyderabad.
nThis is not a desk job. The person will be expected to actively meet businesses, build partnerships, generate leads, close deals and bring customers and revenue to the café.
nKey ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales & Partnerships

- Visit colleges, universities, hospitals, and institutions to promote the brand and identify potential new locations.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and decision-makers.n
- Identify companies, offices, co-working spaces and businesses in and around Hyderabad.n
- Approach HR, Admin, Facility and Procurement teams.n
- Generate corporate orders for: Team lunches, Meetings, Corporate events, Employee celebrations,



Bulk food orders, Catering and Build recurring corporate accounts.n

nEvents & Parties

- n
- Generate leads for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties and private events.n
- Partner with event planners, wedding planners, decorators and corporate event companies.n
- Promote Cafe Twenty One as an event and celebration destination.n
- Handle enquiries from lead generation through closure.n

nDrive Walk-In Customers
nDevelop partnerships and campaigns that bring customers physically into the café.
