Role: Sales Executive (Field Outreach & Meeting Generation) For School CRM
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month + travel incentives
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can help us get meetings with schools for Juno, our CRM and admissions management software built for schools.
The main responsibility of this role is to reach out to schools, speak to the right people, visit schools when needed, and set up meetings or demos with principals, owners, management or admissions teams.
This is a field-heavy sales role. The person should be comfortable going to schools, introducing the product, explaining the basic idea clearly, and helping us get responsible conversations started.
Experience working with schools, school ERP, CRM, EdTech, admissions software profiles will only be considered.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and reach out to schools in Hyderabad and nearby areas
- Call, WhatsApp and email school contacts to introduce the software.
- Visit schools to meet admin teams, principals or decision-makers
- Explain the software in a simple way and create interest for a proper demo
- Set up meetings/demos for the founder or product team
- Follow up with schools until the meeting is confirmed
- Maintain proper updates of school leads, visits, calls and follow-ups
- Support the team with local school references and market feedback
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in school sales, EdTech sales, ERP/CRM sales or education-related B2B sales
- Comfortable with field visits and speaking to schools directly
- Good communication skills in English;
Telugu/Hindi is a plus
- Ability to explain a software product simply without overcomplicating it
- Someone who is consistent with follow-ups and can get meetings booked
- Prior experience selling or pitching to schools is strongly preferred
