About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in OpenStack Administration, Linux Administration, and TripleO Deployment. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in managing large-scale private cloud environments, OpenStack deployments, infrastructure automation, and enterprise cloud operations. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, cloud infrastructure expertise, and operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable, and secure cloud platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Design, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise OpenStack environments.
- Implement and manage TripleO-based OpenStack deployments and lifecycle management activities.
- Manage Linux-based infrastructure supporting OpenStack cloud environments.
- Configure and maintain OpenStack components including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, and Swift.
- Monitor and optimize cloud platform performance, scalability,



and availability.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and storage issues.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Automate deployment, provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
- Perform system reviews, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production readiness assessments.
- Implement security controls, governance standards, and operational best practices across cloud environments.
- Support cloud upgrades, migrations, patching activities, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Develop operational procedures, technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and drive timely resolution.
