Kushi Consultancy is hiring a Senior Instrumentation Design Engineer / Instrumentation Engineer / I&C; Engineer for a leading EPC client.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic & Detailed Engineering of Instrumentation, Control & Automation systems.
- Prepare Instrument Index, I/O List, I/O Calculations, Datasheets, Specifications, Control Philosophy & FDS.
- Engineering of Pressure, Flow, Level & Temperature Instruments.
- Selection/specification of Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Analyzers, Gas Detection & Belt Weighing Systems.
- PLC/DCS, Industrial Networks, UPS Sizing & Control System Engineering.
- Vendor document review, FAT/SAT, Commissioning & Troubleshooting.
Required Experience
- 10+ years in Instrumentation / I&C; / Automation Engineering.
- Experience in Steel Plants, Mining, CHP, RMHS, Ports or Bulk Material Handling.
- EPC / Engineering Consultancy / Design Centre experience preferred.
- Knowledge of IEC / ISA / IS / NEC standards.
