Role Description The 'Manager – Incorporation' will oversee and manage end-to-end U.S. business incorporation processes for clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related filings and documentation. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes coordinating with internal accounting, tax, legal, and compliance teams to provide a seamless experience across entity formation, registrations,



and ongoing corporate maintenance. The manager will interact with clients to understand their expansion needs, advise on suitable entity structures and state choices, and maintain explicit communication throughout the onboarding cycle. Additional responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, optimizing workflows, preparing status reports, resolving issues, and contributing to process improvements and best practices for the incorporation function.
