Your Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and customer agreements whilst ensuring that the agreements contain appropriate terms, conditions,



and schedules to effectively manage and mitigate contractual risk associated with third-parties.
- Collaborate with senior legal personnel to ensure the use of up-to-date contract templates, clauses, and schedules, and to maintain the accuracy of internal contract documentation.
- Identify deviations from standard contractual clauses, assess associated risks, and highlight key issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Support governance processes and compliance activities, ensuring contractual obligations and oversight requirements are met.
- Assist with fact-gathering, timeline development, and identification of relevant contractual provisions in relation to commercial contract disputes and claims, supporting subject matter experts in dispute resolution.
