Kalpraag is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Delhi store.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the store, lead the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive overall store performance.

Role: Store Manager

Location: Kalpraag, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Lead, train and motivate the store team
- Drive sales and work towards store targets
- Ensure a premium customer experience
- Monitor inventory, merchandising and stock movement
- Maintain store presentation and brand standards
- Handle customer queries and build strong customer relationships
- Track store performance and provide regular updates to management

What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience in fashion or premium retail
- Solid leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Sales-driven and comfortable working with targets
- Strong understanding of retail operations and store management
