About Position:
We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure Automation, and DevOps engineering. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises and multi-cloud environments to GCP.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Build and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration platforms and cloud-native workloads.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, security,
and operations teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting frameworks for cloud environments.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Automate operational processes and deployment activities to improve engineering productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, platform, deployment, and application issues.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security standards, governance policies, and operational best practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, production readiness assessments, and technical design discussions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively drive corrective actions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
