PARTECON is building The School OS — a unified operating system designed to connect school leadership, teachers, parents, students and administration.

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales & School Partnerships Executive to help us build partnerships with premium CBSE & ICSE schools across Bengaluru.

What we’re looking for
- 3–7 years of B2B/institutional sales experience.
- Proven experience selling to CBSE/ICSE schools in Bengaluru.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, School ERP/LMS or education technology sales.
- Existing relationships with principals, directors, trustees or school management will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent professional English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.




- Comfortable with regular field visits and managing institutional sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit prospective Tier-1 & Tier-2 schools.
- Meet principals, management and key decision-makers.
- Pitch PARTECON and conduct presentations/product demonstrations.
- Manage follow-ups and commercial discussions.
- Secure pre-contracts/contracts and coordinate successful school onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner schools.

Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + commission on successful school onboarding + additional incentives for contract lock-ins and performance.
