nRole Overview
nThe Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and support channels while ensuring fast resolution, high satisfaction, and strong brand communication.
n

nThe role also involves CRM management, customer lifecycle tracking, return reduction, and feedback analysis to improve overall customer experience.
n

nKey Responsibilities
nCustomer Support & Query Resolution
n* Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and support platforms
n* Ensure quick first response and fast issue resolution




n* Resolve customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and accuracy
n* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for issue closure
n* Maintain zero missed customer queries
n

nCustomer Experience Management
n* Maintain Bene Kleed’s brand tone and customer-first communication
n* Deliver premium and emotionally engaging customer interactions
n* Build robust customer relationships to improve retention and repeat purchases
n* Handle escalations professionally and efficiently
n

nReturns, Exchanges & RTO Management
n* Manage return, exchange, cancellation, and RTO cases
n* Identify avoidable returns and proactively reduce them
n* Ensure accurate issue and reason tagging
n* Coordinate pre-dispatch interventions where required
n

nCRM & Customer Lifecycle Management
n* Maintain customer data hygiene inside CRM tools
n* Support customer segmentation and campaign execution
n* Track repeat customers
