Social Media & Account Manager

nMatchsticks is looking for a Social Media & Account Manager to manage client communication, social media planning, and coordination with our internal creative team.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for clientsn
- Understand client requirements, brand tone, and objectives and convert them into content ideasn
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between clients and the internal teamn
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and other team membersn
- Create clear briefs and communicate client requirements to the teamn
- Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and timelinesn
- Track content schedules and ensure timely delivery of all deliverablesn
- Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, and social media campaignsn
- Stay updated with social media trends and proactively bring relevant ideas to clientsn
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyn




- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams from brief to final deliveryn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiencen
- Prior experience in a digital marketing / creative agency is mandatoryn
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and spokenn
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagramn
- Excellent content planning and social media calendar skillsn
- Solid client-handling and communication skillsn
- Excellent coordination, organisation, and follow-up skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlinesn
- Creative thinking with a good understanding of content and social media trendsn
- Ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionalsn
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownershipn
