Key Responsibilities:
n1. Project Budgeting & Cost Planning:
n
- n
- Preparation of detailed project cost sheetsn
- Assist in feasibility study & cost estimationn
- Prepare BOQ-based budget trackingn
- Develop project cash flow forecastsn
- Monitor budget utilization project-wisen

n2. Cost Monitoring & Variance Analysis:
n
- n
- Track actual vs budget on a monthly basisn
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actionn
- Analyze RCC, MEP, finishing, liaisoning, and marketing costsn
- Department-wise overhead allocationn

n3. Contract & Vendor Cost Control:
n
- n
- Review work orders and contractsn
- Validate RA bills & contractor claimsn
- Certification coordination with Project Teamn
- Monitor change orders and additional work cost impactn
- Control usage of miscellaneous expense headsn

n4. WIP & Inventory Control:
n
- n
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP)n
- Ensure proper capitalization of project costsn
- Cost allocation between inventory & expensen
- Revenue recognition coordination with accountsn

Cash Flow & Fund Control:

- n
- Track project inflows vs outflowsn
- Align cost planning with funding availabilityn
- Monitor finance cost capitalizationn
- Support loan drawdown planningn

n6. ERP & Cost Systems:

- n
- Ensure correct cost booking in ERPn
- Validate cost center & project codingn
- Assist in setting up budget controls in ERPn
- Maintain cost control MISn

n7. MIS & Reporting:

- n
- Monthly Project Cost Reportn
- Budget variance reportn
- Department-wise overhead analysisn
- Project margin trackingn
- Management presentation supportn

nDesired Skills:

- Robust understanding of construction costing and BOQ analysisn
- Real estate accounting knowledgen
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, MIS, Costing)n
- ERP knowledge (Construction ERP preferred)n
- Analytical and commercial mindsetn

nQualification:
