nPosition Overview
nThe Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in accounting, possess robust attention to detail, and be familiar with relevant accounting software.
nKey Job Responsibilities
nBookkeeping
nCheck day-to-day financial transactions and confirm the posting process.·
nMaintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
nAccounts Payable and Receivable
nProcess invoices, verify discrepancies, and issue payments.·
nReconcile accounts payable and receivable.
nBank Reco




nReconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
nFinancial Reporting
nPrepare and analyze financial statements regularly, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.·
nGenerate and distribute timely financial reports to management.
nBudgeting
nAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.·
nMonitor and track budget variances.
nVAT Compliance
nAssist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.·
nStay updated on changes in VAT laws and regulations.
nAudit Support
nCollaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.·
nProvide necessary documentation and explanations.
nVendor and Custom Relations
nCommunicate with vendors and customers regarding financial transactions.·
nResolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
nQualifications
nBachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
