nRole Description:- The Customer Care Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The position involves assisting customers by understanding their requirements and guiding them through suitable product options to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The role includes handling customer interactions across in-store, phone, and digital channels (chat), managing appointments, and supporting sales coordination.
nKey responsibilities :- include resolving customer queries, tracking service requests,



coordinating with internal teams for timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also requires upholding brand standards in customer engagement and contributing to overall store experience and presentation.
