Job DescriptionJob Purpose
nTo provide technical and operational support, manage meetings and events, maintain confidentiality, coordinate with stakeholders, and support travel and site-related activities.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Administrative & Technical: Manage CMD calendar, meetings and travel, prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and briefs, prioritize and coordinate communications and follow-up, maintain project files and documentation.n
- Operational: Track project updates, deadlines and action items, support the CMD with technical reviews, data analysis and critical operational coordination, support business reviews and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.n
- Meeting & Event: Organize board/leadership meetings and conferences, prepare agendas/materials, record minutes and follow up action points, coordinate event logistics.n
- Confidentiality & Stakeholder Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion, communicate with stakeholders, represent the CMD professionally as directed.n
- Travel & Site: Approx.



60% travel as per the business requirements, manage accommodation, transport and itineraries, coordinate with site/project teams for reports, documents and presentations.n

nTechnical Knowledge/ Domain
n
- n
- Engineering/operational processes, project/site activities, technical reports & documentation, basic data analysis, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), project monitoring and coordination with mining/mechanical/technical teams. Mining, mechanical, infrastructure or manufacturing knowledge is an advantage.n

nQualifications & Experience
n
- n
- B. Tech/BE in Mechanical or Mining Engineering. Management qualification (Master's) preferred.n
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Mining / Mineral / Manufacturing / EPC sector.n
