We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Specification & Project Sales to develop the Mumbai market and drive specification-led project business.
Key Responsibilities
Architect & Consultant Sales
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical Consultants, MEP Consultants and PMCs across Mumbai.
- Conduct regular product presentations, technical meetings and CPD/product awareness sessions.
- Promote Connect System products and secure their inclusion in project specifications, BOQs and tender documents.
- Develop new consultant and architect accounts and continuously expand the specification network.
- Identify upcoming commercial, corporate, hospitality, residential, infrastructure and institutional projects.

Project Sales & Business Development




- Identify and map projects from the design stage through execution and procurement.
- Generate project enquiries and convert specifications into orders.
- Develop relationships with Developers, Builders, Contractors, Project Managers, Facility Managers and Procurement Teams.
- Follow projects closely from specification and approval through final purchase.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors to ensure successful order conversion and execution.
- Build a strong project pipeline for Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Specification & Product Approval
- Work with consultants to get Connect System products specified in project BOQs and tender documents.
- Obtain product approvals from architects, consultants, PMCs and end customers.
- Provide TDS, technical specifications, samples, compliance documents and product presentations as required.
- Track specification status and ensure approved products reach the procurement stage.
